In the chaotic early days of the pandemic—when the world was desperate for clarity—I discovered a nonprofit quietly maintaining an Excel spreadsheet tracking over 200 vaccines in development. I saw a story hidden in that data.

Partnering with the Milken Institute, we transformed that static list into a living, interactive experience that visualized the global race for COVID-19 vaccines and treatments in real time.

The result: a dynamic data visualization that evolved with every new update, drew over 500K page views, and became the go-to resource for journalists covering vaccine progress around the world.
